Where do you want to start?

Every path begins with one short demo call. No forms to guess at, no course to binge.

Practice daily with your AI coach

10–15 minutes a day, out loud, on real work moments. It hears you, corrects you mid-sentence, and hands you the stronger line.

See how it works

Coach with me, live

Weekly 1:1 Zoom coaching. Your actual interview, your actual manager, your actual promotion conversation — rehearsed with someone who made this exact climb.

Prepare for one specific job

Interview Intensive: mock interviews for your real target role, a story bank in your own voice, and delivery training before the day.

Look inside a session

This is the actual practice loop.

You speak out loud. The coach plays your manager, your interviewer, your teammate — and when a sentence gives away your uncertainty, it stops and shows you the line a senior person would have used instead.

Then you say it again. The score moves. That’s the whole trick — not lessons about English, but reps on the exact sentences your career runs on.

Speak in Amharic, French, Spanish — anything. You get English back.

Live session · Manager check-in
CoachYou're in your one-on-one. I'm your manager. Walk me through where the project stands.
YouUm, so, I think maybe it is almost finished, sorry, maybe two more days if that is okay?

Say it better

“We’re on track — I’ll have it in your hands Thursday.”

  • Hedging: “I think maybe” + “if that is okay” reads as asking permission.
  • Structure: Lead with the status, then the date. Managers listen for the date.
You say it out loud again Confidence 41 → 68

“Your present voice is a learned voice. It is the voice of your habit — and habits can be rebuilt.”

The gap nobody talks about

You didn't come here without skill. You came with discipline, technical ability and a work ethic most people can't match.

But somewhere between the job interview and the team meeting, something else decided your ceiling: not your competence — your confidence to speak, your fluency in workplace English, and the unwritten rules of American corporate culture nobody ever explained.

It's not a grammar problem. Grammar apps won't fix it. It's not a "just be more confident" problem either. It's a trained skill you haven't drilled yet — and that's exactly what HWIA Coach is built to close.

Habtamu Heyi

Communication & leadership coach.
VP of Computing & Mathematics, ORU.
Fortune 1 tech & IT operations background.

Why me

Hi, I'm Habtamu.

I didn't become Vice President of Computing and Mathematics at ORU, build Prayfornations, grow a podcast and social media platform, or counsel teenagers at Christian Chapel Tulsa because I was the most technical person in every room. I got those doors open because I learned to communicate — across cultures, on camera, in a classroom, in a crisis, and in rooms where I was the only one who looked like me.

My foundation was built in Fortune 1 tech and IT networking operations: four years of solving real problems, supporting teams, and learning that the person who can explain a solution clearly becomes the person everyone trusts. That combination — deep technical work and communication that makes it land — is exactly what I bring into coaching.

As the founder of GlobalTalentStoryBridge, I have spent years helping global talent translate their real ability into words that hiring managers, executives, and teams actually hear. I have seen the same pattern over and over: the skill is already there. The missing piece is the voice that carries it.

HWIA Coach is the program I wish someone had handed me at the start — not an English class, but a communication gym for the moments that decide your career.

If they can hear you clearly, they can trust you. If they trust you, they promote you.

How it works — the 90-day arc

Not a feature list. A measurable transformation, in three phases — each one standing taller than the last.

Days 1–30

Foundation

Stop freezing.

Daily 10–15 minute practice on real moments: manager check-ins, shift handoffs, everyday work talk. Clarity training aimed at being understood — not at sounding like someone you're not.

Days 31–60

Culture Fluency

Own the room.

Disagree respectfully. Ask for scope. Give updates that sound senior. Plus the specific gap between how you were taught to speak and what this workplace rewards.

Days 61–90

Interview & Leadership

Land it. Lead it.

Mock interviews for your actual target role, a personal story bank built with your coach, and delivery training: pace, pauses, presence.

Duolingo teaches English. This trains your voice at work.

Every session starts with a moment from your career — never a rule.

Interview Coach

Name the job, the company, the level. Your coach becomes the hiring manager, asks the real follow-ups, then scores structure, confidence and impact.

Workplace Coach

Give an update. Disagree with your manager. Hand off a shift. You speak out loud and get the stronger sentence you could have said instead.

Culture Bridge

The unwritten rules nobody sat you down and explained — where your home culture's norms and the American workplace quietly disagree.

What people say on the demo call

Cohort 1 is still forming, so there are no student testimonials to show you yet — and I'd rather not invent any. These are the sentences that come up on almost every call.

I had the answer. The meeting moved on before I could say it.

My manager asks someone else to present my own work.

I've been here four years. People I trained got promoted past me.

I know I'm good at this job. I just can't make anyone hear it.

Every day: your AI coach

Always available. It adapts to how you actually speak — your hesitation, your tone, your level — and gives you feedback on delivery, not just grammar. Your progress is visible every single day.

When it matters most: a real human

Weekly live coaching with someone who has done this exact climb. Real accountability. Real feedback on your actual voice. Real preparation before your actual interview.

AI coaching every day. Human coaching when it matters most.

The Cue Lab · included in the program

People don't judge your grammar. They read your cues.

Six strategic short courses on the signals that decide how you're rated: what your body says before you speak, why your voice gets heard as unsure, the words that make people lean in, holding your point when someone interrupts, being genuinely liked, and decoding the feedback Americans don't say out loud. Every cue is taught the same way — the move, the psychology behind it, and the mistake most people make.

First seven seconds

Warmth and competence before a word

Vocal authority

Land your endings, stop the rising tone

Hooks

Make them lean in on sentence one

Presence under pressure

Interrupted, challenged, still in the room

Likability

Be the person people want in the room

Reading the room

'Interesting' means not convinced

Open the Cue Lab

Every day is decided for you. Nothing is a guess.

1

It tells you: day X of 90, your chapter, and the one scene to do today.

2

Warm up, 2 minutes

Shadow the American pace, then a written brief on why today's scene matters.

3

Practice out loud

10 exchanges with a live counter and a clock. The coach says when it's wrapping up.

4

See the proof

Your score, one rewrite, your cue habits, and exactly what unlocks next.

This is not an open app

HWIA Coach isn't something you download and log into. It's a program you're accepted into.

We keep it gated on purpose — a short demo call, where we talk about where you are and where you want to be — because this only works if the people inside it are serious, and because you deserve real coaching, not a crowded app nobody's paying attention to.

Request your demo

Bring someone with you

If HWIA Coach helps you, the next person you think of is probably someone in the same position you were in six months ago. When you refer someone and they join, you both benefit — automatically, no forms to fill out. Because the people who trust this program most are the ones who hear about it from someone they already trust.
