Every role I have held was built on communication first: university leadership, Fortune 1 tech operations rooms, classrooms, podcasts, crisis counseling, and rooms where I was the only one who looked like me. I learned how to be trusted across cultures. Now I teach that same skill to people who are ready to lead.
Why I built this
I watched brilliant people get passed over — not because of their work, but because of how their work was heard. The hesitation in a meeting. The softer voice in a salary conversation. The answer that was right, but not framed.
HWIA Coach is the program I wish existed: daily AI practice so you rehearse without shame, plus live coaching so a real human holds you to the 90-day plan. English is the vehicle. Trust is the goal.
